At Masdar Al Taqah Auto Spare Parts TR L.L.C, we are committed to delivering genuine and OEM auto spare parts safely and reliably across the United Arab Emirates.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE, including:

Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

At this time, online delivery is available only within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Shipping Charges

We charge a flat delivery fee of AED 20 for all orders across the UAE.

This delivery charge applies to every order, regardless of order value, city, or Emirate.

Shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Our business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time across the UAE is:

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, courier schedules, public holidays, or situations beyond our control.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST).

Orders placed after 4:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, we may share delivery updates, tracking details, or courier information through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call, depending on the available delivery method.

Please ensure that your shipping address, mobile number, and email address are correct when placing the order.

7. In-Store Pickup

Customers may also choose to collect their order directly from our Sharjah store, where available.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Packaging photos
Brief description of the issue

After verification, we will assist you with a suitable solution as per our return and refund policy.

9. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
