1. Return Window
Customers can request a return within a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return requests made after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and not installed.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item must include original packaging, labels, seals, accessories, and invoice.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse, wrong installation, or handling by the customer.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Masdar Al Taqah Auto Spare Parts TR L.L.C reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving any refund or replacement.
3. Return Charges
There is no extra return charge for approved returns.
If the return is approved by us, the customer will not be charged any additional return processing fee.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please share the following details:
- Order number
- Photos or video of the received item
- Photos of the packaging
- Clear description of the issue
We recommend customers take an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This helps us verify any damage, missing item, or incorrect product claim faster.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case and product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, fitted, installed, or damaged
- Electrical components once opened or installed
- Special-order or custom-arranged spare parts
- Items without original packaging, invoice, labels, or seals
- Products damaged due to wrong installation, misuse, or handling
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items, unless received damaged or incorrect
- Final return eligibility will be confirmed after inspection by Masdar Al Taqah Auto Spare Parts TR L.L.C.

7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval and you have not received the amount, please contact us at support@mymasdar.com.
8. Exchanges
Direct exchanges may depend on product availability.
If the same item is available, we may provide a replacement. If the same item is not available, we may offer a refund or guide you to place a new order for another suitable product.

Any item returned without approval may be rejected.
